I am currently sitting inside the Outback restaurant. We were seated at approximately 7:20 pm. We placed our orders and Sat. At 7:40. I stopped stopped another waiter to retrieve my waiter. When he returned to the table he responded that our ordered at been deleted…sorry, and walked away from the table. After stopping him again, and asking when they would be out, he finally goes to check. Received our food at 8:06, and the order was wrong! The manager offered a small apology but nothing was done. Awsome food quick and easy pick up
I’m a regular at the Outback branch, so it's disappointing to see it decline like this. The cleanliness of the place is not up to the standard of a good restaurant like this; the floor is sticky, the restroom is poorly maintained, and the tables are not properly cleaned. I hope they can fix these issues and return to offering the clean, professional service they used to provide.
Firstly the 2 stars is only here because our server Ryan was amazing. What a good sport and very attentive he saved it for sure. The food and wait time is completely unacceptable. Food took an hour. We did have a 8 top on a Friday night for a coworkers birthday. Everything came out at seperate times, plates served without certain sides because they were apparently making more.
