Outback in West Chester was Outstanding!!! They open the door and welcome you in with a warm and genuine smile, then you're seated fairly, then you're greeted and served by wonderful people. We had Caleb this afternoon and he made our experience here top tier!! Thank you Caleb for the lunch suggestions and a great dining experience, our food was Delicious!!

Ellie was AMAZING!!! A huge part of me going out to dinner is chatting especially to the server and just feeling comfortable!! She was so sweet !!! If more servers could take a. Note from her or would be amazing. I know it's silly but I love yo be made special and she did that and then to have good food also BONUS!!!
Herman provided excellent service. His personality is positive and very welcoming! We were very comfortable.
