Love this place!
I am reserved in giving chain restaurants 5 stars but this oisutback earned it. Grreat service, food perfectly prepared, quick and friendly. Just excellent Edit 8/18/2026 We are traveling through the area again and this time the food was only good not great. Too much salt in the dry rub and in the Ceaser Salad dressing. Service was still excellent and it is a clean straight Outback.
First, I love Outback in West Knoxville. So I took my mom to merchants, since it was close to home. The vibe is definitely not the same. The guy in front was busy, and asked us to hold on. I didnt have a problem with that, and the girl that seated us was sweet. It is when our waiter came. No hi, I'm so-n-so, just what would you like to drink. Once he brought them he left. Steven has the best glasses. They look like back to the future, and I’ll be back in the future. The steaks were great and so was the service. The table top card readers didn’t work very well.
