I never realized the true struggle to get a meal correct the first time until I came to Sumter.. The struggle is real for sure here. Alive and well! Medium Rare is not well-done and charbroiled on the outside.. I'm pretty sure I dulled my knife just trying to slice in to it. Then I gave up realizing my teeth aren't built for shoe-leather. Sat at the Bar to drink and eat. Mrs and I split the ribs. It was a little spicy for her, so she gave me her portion and she had a salad and bread.
I realize this is a steakhouse but all I really wanted were lobster tails and they did not let me down! Two lobster tails. A lovely chopped salad and a side of potatoes. Not to mention they're wonderful, warm oven-baked bread and butter. All for $41 is a deal in this day and age.
