When this store first opened, I had problems with having a steak cooked the way I ordered. 6 years later after not ever wanting to return, my wife and I did. I ordered a $24 fillet and made positive with the server it would be cooked medium. It came out 1 hr later well done. Then the remake was almost raw. My wife's fillet was half fat. I don't think I will be back
