Experience was not especially pleasant. Was unable to get a cocktail. I had recently misplaced my drivers license and was awaiting the new one to arrive. They of course need a photo I’d not a piece of paper from dmv. I was told even though I’m 34 and look old enough corporate policy is to I’d every guest even if they old as hell. Then we had issues with 2 of the 4 items my group ordered. Next time we will just wait the 30 minutes for Apple bees. There is a reason they had a wait and you all didn’t. 🤷🏽♂️

The food is always cooked to perfection and very tasty. The servers are pleasant and consistently checking to make sure everything is okay. I've been to Outback several times and will definitely go back!
Enjoyed my evening with my granddaughter, the steak with the unlimited shrimp was delicious.

My husband and I waited 20 minutes without being served The tables that arrived after us had been waited on and received their meals We never even got drinks After 20minutes waiting we left and went to O'Charlie's where we were served promptly.

The staff needs to take pride in their work! No customer, especially an online customer, should ever get an incorrect or incomplete order! I mean who has time to go get food, drive home, and be disappointed with their meal!! And now, my mom just came over and said her potatoes were horrible and they ought to be ashamed for even putting on the plate
