Terrible overall experience.
Recommendedwe ordered food yesterday and took a hour longer than time given and food wasn't up to expectations. we received a call today from the manager who went above and beyond to make it right and added a little something to make up for the birthday dinner. hands down was some of the best costumer service i have seen in a long time. we where not expecting any thing , we where just letting them know to try and help them better serve the community in this time of need. thank you for all that was done.
Every year we go to Outback for my son's birthday. This year we ordered take out and got home without part of our order. Called the restaurant - the manager delivered our missing items to our house (outside of their normal delivery area) himself and threw in some extra items. Really made our meal - everything was fresh and delicious too. Thank you!!

Thank you outback steakhouse for our first meal in our new house! Delivered fast and everything was cook perfectly! We were too tired to cook after a long day of moving, and y'all were on point! plus the note written on our bag was the sweetest thing! thank you to the lady who took our order and the entire staff!
