Newport News is 8x better. It always comes under then over cooked then they look amazed and horrified if you say something. This is a steakhouse not a blended restaurant. Medium Rare means red center. Your employees should be able to say thats medium well its pink not medium rare. Not hope we say ok. I get two steaks and it's cool of they,both are jacked
Had an issues with online curb side the manager and staff were great about making a quick solution. Have been here many times and will continue to go

Ordered on line for Mothers day take out...mgr confirmed order was received on site yesterday...order not ready...and no record..so it has to be resubmitted and cooked. Not happy...should have ordered from NN!!
Bad service ,,,what happened past few years ughhhhh
Have been avid Outback customer for many years and been in many locations across the Southeast. This is the first time that I have ever seen one that did not have a wait list at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Service was fair and food skimpy. It was so cold that we could not enjoy the meal. Probably will not visit this location again.
