Service was excellent. Our server was Laura Gill, she is the best! Very attentive to our needs ahead of time. Wonderful personality!! We will definitely see Ms. Gill again, we will ask for her. Very professional and friendly!!! 5 Star rating in our book!!
Service was horrible! I never leave reviews but seriously, we didn’t get the right food, asked for condiments 3/4 times before I asked if I should go get it myself. Steaks sat for 15 minutes not eaten bc we waited for steak sauce. Both waiter and the guy walking around helping (manager?) were bad. Waiter sweating and wiping the sweat off his head constantly. He better not have been sick!!! I left a 15% tip, usually leave far better than 20%. I’ll never go there again. The Vienna Outback is fabulous!!!
The service was terrible. Slow, and the orders were all wrong and slow, did I mention slow?
Just had a delivery, love love love that I can get something yummy delivered that is not Pizza/pasta or Chinese!! Outback Herndon ROCKS
Terrible service. Food not as advertised. Will not be back.
