Food was great! Wait was a little long, but it's Valentine's Day so that to be expected. We had Seth as a waiter and he was great as well!
Usually enjoy outback...but tonight was HORRIBLE. The waiter was very unnerving and didn't know nothing about nothing apparently. He told me my meal came with 2 sides ...even though I didn't want 2 sides...then when the bill came I got charged for that extra side!!! And let's not even talk about how slow the service was. Not a happy customer!
I ordered a filet and lobster tail. Waitress said they were out of filets. So they brought me a sirloin. It was tough and full of grissel. The manager came and ask was everything ok. I said no, they did not have any filets and the sirloin was tough. He said Mabe it would be better next time. Sorry, I don't think there will be a next time.
Haven't had this bad of a server in the last 5 years. Just hope Tyler isn't running your section. 35 min meal took a hour and a half. Most of this was waiting on condiments, refills, and almost 15 mins for him to make change and run a credit card. Glad we were just passing through, all the plates, bread plate, salad plates bowls all cluttered up the table for entire meal. Had to repeated ask for condiments and refills. Anthony was our server and he was very nice. The food was the best we had there and we had endless shrimp and steak.... Hes the best server we had at Outback we will def be back.
2 years ago I went to outback spartanburg for my birthday...and was discriminated against due to my post traumatic stress....today I decide let's try again.....simple order med steak cheeseburger chicken fingers ...a 20 minute wait on ketchup....an inedible overcooked steak and a burnt cheeseburger insures that I shouldn't have tried again....and a manager that comped the food but was genuinely without emotion and seemed almost offended........I did leave a tip for as much of the food as we did eat.....never again....
I love the Sptbg Outback and visit it frequently but am very sad I chose it as my birthday celebration dinner with my family. I did not realize you need to call ahead if you have a large party. I've always known Outback to be a wait for table restaurant. We were told as we arrived that they COULD NOT take our party of 10 and rudely told I should have called ahead.
