Waited 45 min, not busy tonight, ordered medium steaks....gross! All we got was, oh sorry.

Just felt disappointed in services. Still awaiting for management to return a call about services. I never received a refill on drinks, nor did I receive a tray to place my food on while sitting at the bar. The waiter slung my receipt for my signature across the bar. Just felt disrespected. It won’t happen again!
Chose The Outback for your Prime Rib, ordered it about 10 minutes later waitress came back and said they we’re out of it on a Friday evening around 5:30, REALLY on Friday. So ordered the Ribeye for $20 plus was very thin could of made it into a sandwich and the temperature barely warm just liked the beer, asked for a manager, never came to see us. This place is nasty and horrible! rude!
If only y’all could see this kitchen... I promise you would not eat here. The deal breaker that would be for most is that they literally do not operate with ANY TONGS. Every bread loaf, every single bit of bacon, cheese and chives were all plated with THEIR HANDS. And the only sink they have in the kitchen for their employees to wash their hands is rusted! Y’all don’t eat here!!! My first free employee training meal gave me food poisoning and I had to wait to come back for the rest of my training 🤦♀️
