My Steak was cooked to perfection! The Dry rub ribs..were COLD! The Baked potato was Sizzling! Now..My mates’ food was NOT SO GOOD! The Bloomin Onion was fried TOO HARD AND TOO LONG!! It wasn’t Golden brown..But BROWN-Damn near.,BURNT!! My mates food was READY 10 minutes before my steak!! Who’s the Expeditor in the BACK?? Best service we have had anywhere in a long time.
Cold food and lousy service - very disappointed . We normally have great food and service.
My dad and I went Outback, and we were really excited to get prime rib. This was the third Outback my dad went to and they happened to be out. My dad mentioned he was bummed out, and our wonderful server Nick told the manager David. David took a huge chunk off of our bill when he didn't really have to. He apologized profusely because he knew my dad was let down. We ended up having a wonderful meal with everything cooked to perfection.
