Terrible service. Food came out 45 minutes after we ordered and it was cold. Eyelash found in son's fries. Will not return to this location!!!
Made reservations for 6 for 12 downsized to 5 took them over 30 minutes to get a table
Just left this location. Customer service (or lack there of) was horrible.
This has to be the worst restaurant in Harbison. We went there tonight and our service was horrible, our food was incorrect at every course. One of our appetizers was never delivered, we were given soup without spoons, our drinks remained empty for most of the night and we attempted to talk to a manager and he wouldn't talk to us. Our steaks were sent back twice. The waiter was horrible and the customer service was pitiful. I will never eat there again and will tell all of my friends to avoid this restaurant at all costs.
Call me crazy, but if I have to wait 45 minutes for my food, it better be cooked correctly! I ordered my filet medium and it came out completely cooked dry and tough! It's embarrassing you call yourself a steakhouse and can't even get this right. My husband's was the same way, ordered medium well and came out well done. Our bill was almost $80 and this was a $20 meal at best! Disappointed and won't be back.
We had a great dinner; however, when the server presented us with the check, she charged us extra for the dessert ~ which was supposed to be included. When ask, she said...oh...that was a speciality dessert! I don't think so! I should have told you! According to the brochure...it was to be included....hmmmmm something is wrong here! Hopefully we will have a different server next time, if there is a next time!
I picked up a takeout order. When I got home, the order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and the manager said he would send me a coupon for my next visit as I couldn't spend another hour to make a round trip for an exchange. He wrote down my name and address and 6 wks later, I still have not received it. I am very disappointed in Outback.
Service was okay, presentation and portion was terrible. Blooming onion was not hot, Ahi Tuna was pittiful. Steaks were overdone. Let Mgr know. Poor presentation and delivery. No one should get cold food.
