Today we visited this particular outback restaurant. Service was great, staff was friendly and our waitress was very quick with everything. I did get served an undercooked baked potato, and I politely let the server know just so it didn't happen again for any other guests. Never again will I eat there. The food was all wrong and very slow. Never again
The service sucked and the workers were rude. I will never come back and will never recommend anyone to come here. Should have listen to all the bad reviews
We went Friday night what a mistake, we got on the list which didn`t help the wait time, it took over an hour to be seated, we ordered a Bloomin onion and it was over cooked in oil that had been use to much, my wife ordered porter steak which had to much fat grissel and the crab cakes were just fair. This will be our last time eating their ever.
went with coworkers today for lunch and our server was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. two of us ordered sweet tea, but received unsweet and when we asked about it, she said "well that will take a while because we only have one thing of tea ready". among so many other things she said and did that were totally inappropriate, she told the couple behind us, who also had trouble with their meal, that the manager couldn't come out an speak to them because he was rushed to the emergency room-she wasn't sure but she tho... read more
This was absolutely terrible. The potato soup had a terrible consistency and the bacon in it was like chewing on rubber. Additionally, my Walhalla pasta was mostly hard and dry and stuck together in clumps. The brocolli was placed on the plate in a giant clump with a large bit of stalk on it still. The only real taste was some spice in the entire dish. I've been to other Outbacks before but the food was never this low quality. Very very disappointed.
We made a reservation on 22nd for Christmas Eve. Don't waste your time as the receptionist has no clue what a reservation is. Told us we had to wait 45 minutes because other people checked in before us. I'm sure when we get in
