I eat here at least 3 times a month and yesterday was the worst!!! Usually my service experience is Awesome, but yesterday I thought the food runner was our server cause apparently our server had better things to do than check on us!!! My sister ordered unsweetened tea cause she has gestational diabetes and is 30 weeks pregnant and the server brought her sweet tea and then disappeared for 47 minutes so we flagged down a food runner to get her the right drink and then her steak came out bleeding rare and once again she pregna... read more
The waitress was nasty didn't have the steak that my wife wanted prime rib wasn't rill 6 and it was only 5 minutes till had to ask 3 times for a child's menu and has to get silverware from a hostess just an all in all bad experience
Service was excellent and food was amazing. Will be making a return visit to this location
We enjoyed our day at outback our waitress was very friendly and came bye and checked on us everytime she brought out other peoples food..i want to say her name was amanda..we where there on sunday around 3.
