At the end of my meal I needed to get ride back home. However my phone was dead and they allowed me to charge my phone
I was here earlier today with my daughter my mom and my sister. We waited forever for our food that came out room temperature. Never received refills for our drinks and my daughters food was not cooked throughly. Her chicken was not done and there was a strand of hair in my baby's mashed potatoes. Out of 3 managers being on duty it took 20minutes for a manager to come speak with me. When I received my ticket I was charged for both kids meals the uncooked one and the supposedly fresh one. Unacceptable!
Lots of empty tables all around the place the hole time we waited for an hour and twenty minutes ,,, after we were seated the waitress was really nice , but very SLOW and messed our order up !! Not what you would expect from Outback !! We where passing through Columbia that night and wanted a nice Steak ,,,,, Oh Well !!
Waited an hour and a half to be seated..then they had the nerve to send out steak that was bleeding and blood was all over my other food..brough another one out and the blooming onion was burnt!! Still had to pay manager didnt seem to care. Waitress was amazing thats about it!! First time and last time at this place!!!
The service was Horrible they seated me at a table that had not been wiped down nor the seat. I ordered water and my food at the same time got bread delivered to my table then my check came out next the water then the salad with no utensils to eat with had to ask an other waiter for utensils. I ran out of water had to get some other waitress to get me water finally my food was delivered and once again had ran out of water ask the waitress for water had almost finished my supper still no water an once again I had to ask anoth... read more
Don't order the sirloin tougher than nails, service was good , but I would go someplace else for a good steak and no I didn't order it well done!
