Epic fail tonight. 3 tables that came in after us had their orders taken before us. Waitress was extremely slow and the resturant was not busy. Waitress said she would be right back to take our order then went and waited on 2 other tables. Husbands steak was cooked wrong....not sure if this was kitchens fault or waitresses fault for not writing down our order. Waited about 30 minutes for another steak. Two horrible experiences at Outback. 1st our wait time for food was 40 minutes and all the manager was willing to do was cover the appetizer. 2nd time their were drunk people sitting outside and we were handed plastic silverware to eat with. How the hell am I suppose to eat my steak with plastic?? We immediately left and gave our business to Carrabba’s. Awesome experience at Carrabba’s.

RecommendedGreat food and service and nice atmosphere. Our only disappointment is that we wanted prime rib but that was not available this evening. But we loved it overall and we'll return.
RecommendedJust go there to spend quality time with your loved ones, I never go someplace expecting great things, that way I can't be let down. The food and staff were Awesome.
We come to this location quite often and tonight was the worse it has ever been. Our blooming onion came out burnt so we requested a new one and the next one came out raw. My steak was supposed to be medium well but came out well my sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli and the mashed potatoes were not edible and the broccoli tasted horrible. Not sure if we will return. Spent 150.00 and was not worth half of the price. Extremely disappointed.
