Our server was exceptional perfect. Good was done perfect & was hot when we got it.
Tonight two of us came in for dinner, was promptly seated at our table, sat there for 20 minutes, then had to flag down a hostess and she took our drink orders, waited another five minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us, our drinks never did come, so figuring we wouldn't get our steaks until midnight, we walked out. Went across the street to Longhorn and had a perfect dinner.
We chose Outback for dinner following our small wedding ceremony which included 17 guests. When we arrived I was so surprised to see that managers and employees had taken it upon themselves to decorate our table and around it for our celebration, along with a champagne toast. Restrooms were not clean and smelled very bad, we had bread delvered but no silverware, asked for diet got regular pepsi/coke 2 people in our party got Mac n cheese n wasn't even luke warm, my ceasar salds barley had dressing on it, onion straws were greasy. Over all bad exspirences, which is not what I ussally experience at the monroeville locations, Washington pa location needs to step up there skills

Love the wings there. The best!! Waiter Curt was awesome and very friendly!! Only bad thing was no baked or sweet potatoes because oven was broke but the manager Ryan who was also awesome took care of us personally!! Outback is my favorite place to eat!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
