Xavier the manager at Outback was EXTREMELY RUDE and nasty. His team delivered my food 40 minutes early. I had it scheduled to be delivered at 9:20 pm, they came at 8:40pm. I scheduled it for 9:20 so that my husband can eat his steak while it’s hot, when he got home from work. What good is calling ahead just to wait 50 minutes for a table
Was told 45 min wait . Waited 1 hour and 30 mins with 7 kids in tow . Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
Their vegetables not cooked enough, shrimps totally raw, sent back as they were undercooked. brought back to table and still undercooked. Awful service. Ordered drinks and waited a long time to be served and they were not the same drinks as displayed. The manager did have the drinks replaced. The server was unable to describe different dishes on the menu. She should not have been working on tables on a Sunday evening since she didn't have experience.
