BOB was an AMAZING server! Took great care of our table! Food was spot on delicious! As always, great job Hermantown Outback!
We arrived about 5:45, put our name down for a party of 6. Out party came and we waited and waited and waited until about 6:30 for a table. We did get 2 appetizers for waiting so long. We got to our table, waiter came right away, took our drink order and was very quick getting them to us. Came back, took our orders and then we waited again. I'm totally not blaming the waiter. The were hacking our phones making us not able touse them. There service was terrible and the food was gross.
The place was busy, and service was awesome; the steaks were tasty and served in a very timely manner!
It was wonderful. The waitress was phenomenal. Very attentive. A great personality.

It had been awhile since we ate there and I was looking forward to the lamb chops only to find out they discontinued them. We were bummed at first but then found out they now serve Rib eye steak!! That made up for the lamb chops. Excellent food, excellent service.
