Service was great - steak was not so great. Wayyyyyy too much pepper!
Waitress was slow and inattentive no bread and took 45 min for my drink.
This location is the worst. The staff cannot get it right. This location is very close to me, which is the only reason that I come here. Every and I mean every time I come here the service is poor. I just called for curbside and was placed on hold for 17 mins and 58 seconds. Called back and placed on hold again for another ten mins, the person answered, was very rude and dismissive,and placed me on hold again. Needless to say I hung up, I will never give them another dollar.
service wasn't good food overcooked. so not happy
The service was fabulous! There was a mix up with our order but the staff came to our table and explained the issue & offered us a free appetizer (which by the way tasted great)., so we were fine with the situation.
The service was slow. It wasn't 20 customers in the resturant....my steak had to be returned twice. On the 3rd time it was cooked as I requested it. It's steak place why can't U cook it the way it's ordered????Why
The food was was cooked perfectly. No complaints
The host was cool the waitress was a sweet heart, and I joked around with another waitress in the restroom. Food was good. I really don't like being in the hood though I like the Livonia location
