The server was very nice. Atmosphere was also nice. We were charged a fee for using the game console which we did not use, and realized after paying bill. They could not just give us the $3 and went about it in a very complicated way. And 5 days later I am still waiting for a $28 credit to my debit card for amount I paid. It's not the $3 it's the fact that it was charged and could not be credited easily by giving us 3 in cash since we paid in partial cash. Please assist.
