steak not juicy, not flavorful, not cooked right, didn't like spice on grilled shrimp

was hear yesterday to celebrate my spouses birthday came at 230 in the afternoon. was asked to wait to be seated so the host could clean a table.. was over half a dinning room empty. we order are food an waited over a hour to get food. the waitress came out an told us 2 different times are food was on it,s way. we got are food an my sea food platter was gross looking an the lobester was like rubber. an the rest of the food was thrown on the plat... the other food plates looked like a pile of mush..
