Just had the worst dinner EVER! Our order was completely messed up multiple times, they gave me 2 sides I never ordered, my husband got his meal, they were trying to get me mine, they bring me my ordered sides to eat while waiting on my steak, they were inedible, steak finally gets to me, it's burnt on one side and so seasoned it was again inedible, manage said she would adjust our bill. We come here every week with a group of 8 which I pay for. This week half the table got there food, 20 minutes later the other half did. The place is a quarter full! Tables came and went that came after us! When I asked for the frizzy haired manager she proceeded to argue with me as to us ordering a blooming onion (1) made the food come out twenty minutes apart. She stormed away and did nothing!! Horrible customer service! Horrible! Screwed the food up they did bring!! Contacting corporate on this one ridiculous
Awesome food although it was already barely warm when i checked to make sure i had everything before heading home with my takeout and i had ordered it there. M chopped bleu cheese pecan salad only had 2 small bleu cheese crumbles on it. lol
The server was great, the food was not so much. 2 bad experiences with them is too many.
Service was slow. Steaks were rubbery. Baked potatoes were under cooked. Overpriced and overrated. Haven't been to the Outback in several years. Thought we'd give it another chance. Doubt we'll ever go back.
