The staff was superb; when it comes to customer service, OFTW has it right; we were all very pleased. And of course the orthodontist and the staff were very caring and thoughtful with every adjustment etc etc. We will definitely be using their services for our next child.
I feel like the staff were very friendly and thoroughly explained things to me. They let me know how to better care for my teeth.
