I’m shouting out here because I had recently placed an order for several bags of coffee from this company having discovered them online, quite by accident just before the pandemic began. I have LOVED several of the coffees that I have ordered from them; and recently also tried some of their flavored teas. Their products are fresh, delicious and generally a great value !!!! When my most recent order became extremely delayed due to an issue with the USPS, I left a message on their customer service web page indicating that I thought my order had gotten ‘lost’. The next day, I got a direct response from Jack Barton, (one of the owners of the company) and he PERSONALLY addressed my concern himself and EXPEDITED my receipt of the missing order. He has subsequently contacted me to assure me that my subsequent orders will be routed differently to avoid any unnecessary delays. I just wanted to recognize how much I appreciated his personal touch and excellent customer service - that has convinced me to be a long-standing and loyal customer of Out Of The Grey Coffee. Steve G.
