Great service and support! Ordered a small accessory for my Mini and was accidentally sent the wrong option. I reached out about the mixup and they corrected it immediately with no problems.
I visit outmotoring during our trip to Minis on the Dragon. Always super helpful and knowledgeable and a great part of the Mini community.
Updated review: They were able to get cheaper shipping and refunded the overage. Very pleased with their customer service, thank you! Original: Shipping costs are outrageous. A $12.50 sticker for the steering wheel emblem cost $17.88 to ship from Tennessee to Wisconsin, cheapest/slowest option. Make it make sense. I can order it from the UK for less.
Actually submitted my order twice by accident. Checked bank and sure enough both were debited. Immediately sent text to Outmotoring and the response was incredible. They noticed it immediately (before I notified them) and corrected it with the credit of one of the orders and notified me within minutes. Virtually unheard of in these days. 3rd order from me, and all have been as ordered and quick shipping. Will be a continuing customer!
