He has always been able to clarify doubts and answer questions. Also, Dr Ousterhout is friendly and makes me feel comfortable, unlike many doctors who treat patients with arrogance.
Dr Ousterhout is the most knowledgeable surgeon as far as feminizing procedures are concerned. He has always been very patient with me, even when I asked him hundreds of questions.
