RecommendedI would definitely recommend! When you go, ask for Miguel, he is an awesome salesman! He is patient, friendly, kind, and tries his best to get you into a GOOD vehicle that you’ll love! He treats you more like a friend than a customer. I am on my 2nd vehicle from bubbas oustalet and he was my salesman both times. The service was great from beginning to end both times! I won’t go anywhere, or to anyone else! I’m loving my new 2020 Ford Fusion SE!

They are perfect until you sign the papers then they become lazy. I had to file a complaint with the state of Louisiana because it was 6 months and still no plate then had to wait another 5 months before we actually received it. They made the mistakes but yet blamed it on us 🤷🏻♀️.But I guess they only help the ones they want .... $$$$ talks☹️

I made an appointment for 1:30 and I waited OVER TWO HOURS with no one in front of us. There was a car behind us that was finished wayyyy before we got ours finished. The car was finished and ready to he paid for but they did not tell us we had to go get a cashier to go get them to even let us just pay for it! The guy working on our car was the only one there in regular street clothes and was taking so long had to get two others to help finish and it still took 2 hours.
