RV Park has 30 amp hookups with water and sewer. Each RV site has it's own level, concrete pad and picnic table. Long term guests are invited to use our on site laundry. Short term, vacation tent camping available with guest bathhouses. Large kitchen for meetings, social gatherings, and events.

Friendly staff....they took time to talk with us other than just getting the room.......clean rooms.....good prices....I will definitely stay with them again......and again thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome
Great view, and great value for the price. The staff was overly friendly. We travel a lot, and stay in a lot of places. Our Place Inn will be a place we come back to. My wife and the gal at the front desk hit it off and they were so friendly. Can't wait to come back and visit!
Watch out for the bear signs! They'll try to scare you after dark. Seriously though, it's a comfortable, clean place, and you have to love the dog. He's friendly.
Stayed here August 25th, 2015 and this place was fantastic! It had a great view to wake up to and was walking convenient to Fantasy Golf, Joey's pancake house, and to a greenway! Pet friendly, remarkably clean rooms, and the staff was very accommodating. (Make sure you ask for Mijo!) The most important part, very affordable. For the budget conscience it really can't be beat. Short drive away from Soco Falls, Ghost Town, and the "most photographed view in the smokies".
Our hosts were great and the place was really affordable! They waited up for us after we called in and allowed us to check in late at night. They treated us like family, making a delicious communal breakfast in the morning and didn't get mad when I fed their dog way too many treats. The rooms were nice and clean, although ours tended to get a bit humid, but it was no big deal. No noise, cleaning or bug issues. The beds were super comfortable!
It has been a while but me and my girlfriend had a great time here this past summer! The location is great to explore the great smokys! Rooms were nice and clean and the price was very cheap! Both the host were friendly and their dog was very sweet. :)

We had the best stay ever. The staff was great. Even though Cody wasn't completely open he didn't turn us away. The prices were great and Little Bit and Walpole made sure we felt right at home. Can't wait to see them again.
These are the best people. They make you feel welcomed. I really enjoyed spending time with them.
