RV Park has 30 amp hookups with water and sewer. Each RV site has it's own level, concrete pad and picnic table. Long term guests are invited to use our on site laundry. Short term, vacation tent camping available with guest bathhouses. Large kitchen for meetings, social gatherings, and events.

Filthy unkempt property Seemed like the people running it had no problem with partying way into the wee hours!! NEVER go there!!

They stole my home from me, burnt themselves dumbly with gasoline on a fireplace. An EAGLESCOUT dumped GASOLINE on an already lit FIRE. Now I don’t know about you but I feel like eaglescouts should have a little bit more sense than that, no? Anyways he did this of his own free will and tried to state that my father gave him a cup full of “liquids he wasn’t sure was in the cup” and said my dad “told him to put it on the fire to get it going”. Great location in Maggie Valley with clean rooms, good prices and pet friendly.
A great spot! Super clean, the owners are great, and it's in a great location!
We spent our first week here...Very accommodating and affordable.No cable but WiFi was very strong during our stay. Certainly convenient to everything. Some seasonal campers, not all.
Very quiet,nice,clean. Young couple that owns are very helpful and nice. Also long term residents are very nice and helpful. Also my 3rd return visit this year! See y'all again.
