RV Park has 30 amp hookups with water and sewer. Each RV site has it's own level, concrete pad and picnic table. Long term guests are invited to use our on site laundry. Short term, vacation tent camping available with guest bathhouses. Large kitchen for meetings, social gatherings, and events.

Beautiful place close to everything.......nice people.
My daughter and I just stayed here and it was soooo relaxing and peaceful! A friend and I just sat on the "front porch" in a couple of rocking chairs catching up all afternoon. The weather was perfect. We strolled the circle around the motel and RV park and enjoyed seeing Kitty and Cody's waterfall, gnomes in the flowerbeds and even the cute little chicken coop! I was here last summer and it was awesome. The owners are really cool, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the rooms are clean and affordable.
Can't beat the price and right in the middle of Maggie Valley strip. You can walk to most places. Minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway and about 40 min to Asheville. Motorcycle friendly. It has all the basics with friendly, helpful attention.
This place rocks! So peaceful & quiet! Rooms are always spotless and the owners, Cody & Kitty, are the best folks in the Valley!!!!
I always come here. I love the people and the atmosphere is awesome. The owners are good down to earth folks. I've even referred several of my friends to come here. Great, quiet little place to just sit back and relax and it's not to far from other attractions either!!!! This is the place to be for sure!!!!!
We had a full week here, it's a very nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and accomodating, Pet Friendly too! ♡♡♡ we will be back! Bill & Debbie, Bailey & Tyler.
