My husband and I have visited Our Med for years. The doctors are WONDERFUL and the support staff were good until my visit today. The front desk staff was absolutely terrible. They were short and very rude to the patients and someone was sitting at the desk eating from a bowl. I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour when I was called to the desk and told they were not seeing any new patients. I'm sure it didn't take an hour to process my patient status. Took my son for what was suspected as beginning of Flu and Dr. Muller took his time with us and was apologetic of our extended wait due to another emergency. Exceptional service from all staff we encountered and doctor. Highly recommend!
We’ve taken our little girl to OurMed three times since July..The doctors and staff are quick, attentive, thorough, and caring! We love them!
In and out in less then an hour after needing stitches. The doctor was really nice and the staff was very caring. I will return when needed. Probably one of the best quick care visits we’ve had! Thank you guys!
