My husband and I have visited Our Med for years. The doctors are WONDERFUL and the support staff were good until my visit today. The front desk staff was absolutely terrible. They were short and very rude to the patients and someone was sitting at the desk eating from a bowl. I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour when I was called to the desk and told they were not seeing any new patients. I'm sure it didn't take an hour to process my patient status.
