I brought my family from Johnstown Pa. About an hr from Pittsburgh. Was staying at the Hyatt in Arlington. My father is at Arlington Military Cemetary. Brought my mothers who recently has the beginnings of alztimers. It was Dads birthday and the plan was to visit with my older son who just came back from Afghanistan. My cars power steering failed. Ourisman chevy & buick had us back up and running to make Dads birthday a complete sucess.
This had nothing to do with the dealership, but the employees. The service writer/ advisor Mike Seed is a phenomenal person and Professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire time with what they found and were planning to correct the problems. I'm sure he has teamed up with the best and most professional mechanics/technicians available. Any company is only as good as their employees. If you want the job to be done right and on time, only ask for Mike Seed at Ourisman Chevy ( whatever make or model) to be serviced.
Service appointment was made, lady greeted to reconfirm service . Service manager Kevin was paged, we went over service needed, during time Kevin kept me appraised of repairs etc All in all, service taken of.
