An employee took my car for a 6pm, 36 mile joyride and used my car (or gave it to someone to use) to go grocery shopping without my knowledge. I normally don't write reviews, but I dropped my car off for a routine service. When I picked it up the next day, the issue was fixed, but I discovered that someone had taken my car on the road and added 36 miles to my vehicle-despite them listing on the service form that they put zero-meaning that nobody checked at best or someone changed it with the hopes I wouldn't notice at worst.... read more

Since we bought our used Acadia every promise made by Nicole has been taken care of on our car including a part needed and first oil change and tire rotation quickly and efficiently yesterday by Torrence in Service! Very happy so far w/ Ourisman GMC! 😀
I'm on my second 39 month lease with these people. As in the first lease, I was told that the "regular scheduled maintenance" was cover for the first 2 years. I've had my car for almost 14 months and have had two oil changes. I just went in for the third 15,000 "scheduled maintenance" and was told that there's only 2 free oil changes. WTF?!?! This will be the LAST lease!

I can always count on Jeff Johnson at Ourisman Buick. Whether it's a check-up or an emergency, such as cylinders that stop firing suddenly, Jeff's team is always there. When available, he also offers a rental car so that you don't have to hassle on a spur-of-the-moment rental arrangement with the rental car companies.
