Vehicle was diagnosed and found out they had to change out a "ECM". Ourisman gave me a loaner. ECM seems to be working so far. However, I've come to understand this is a on going problem with the Equinox(faulty ECM). The technicians did a great job at diagnosing, removing and replacing the ECM in a timely manner. Would've received "5 *****". Perhaps after my service.
I am impressed never thought that I could get my car fixed at 3:30 in the afternoon and did not have to leave my car. Great work
Sold me a junker. Bruce Polansky refuses to get back with me. It will take legal counsel to get them to do anything. The vehicle immediately had issues. It has been with the original manufacturer’s repair shop for over a month. Not one care or concern has been given to this honest, hardworking, tax paying, Christian and America loving individual. I live by the golden rule “treat other as you would want to be treated”. Ourisman, apparently operates under a different belief system.
