Great service and very loving throughout the whole process
Thrown out because they don't want to take section 8 the worst lie company I have ever dealt with they refused to fix anything until I left kept me unsafe for 2 months didn't fix the rotted out door when they took over they were paid the last month stole my deposit do not risk your money time I cried when they took over the property because these are the worst slum lords I have ever dealt with i have had my last landlord six years !!!this place will ruin Athens!!! Our Town Realty has been a pleasure! We were tenants of theirs for 3 years and we never had any issues! Sylvan, Katie, Janice & all of their maintenance guys were always amazing! They were always on top of everything and extremely fast at communicating with us We plan on returning to them when we buy our 1st home! I’d give 10+ stars if I could!
