We purchased our 2020 Lexus NX 300 at the end of April of this year with great miles at an amazing price here. Had a great experience with Will at ONC. A couple of weeks ago we picked up a little SUV for our daughter to drive and the whole process was fantastic. Can't speak for the other reviewers, but communication for us was excellent with phone calls and text messages all returned same day. He even arranged for us to pick up the car on a Sunday (they're closed) because it fit best with our schedule. Definitely recommend.
Five years ago my husband and I moved to LA and bought a 2017 Toyota Prius from Will. It is one of the best decisions we made when starting life in LA. unprofessional call 4 times text and no replies iced customer here
I was specifically looking for a Honda Fit used and Our Next Car in Downey advertised one that had a rebuilt Salvage title. I met with Will to check out the car and test drove it with him. Ran very smoothly, no trace of collision damage, well serviced by his on-site technicians, I grabbed it. Small, family owned operation with a warm atmosphere. No hard sell, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these guys!
