At least THIS time I stayed OUT of the elevators. about 1 year ago,,, I was trapped for an hour and a half in one of their old elevators!! Was a terrifying experience!! One and a half hours is a LONG time in a old hot elevator!! All alone too. The man who works at the desk in the pre-op surgery waiting room is a Doll!! He was so nice and helpful!
Worst hospital ever. I'm from Columbus area but moved here to get in the country air but the DR's here must be the ones that squeezed by school. that could not make it in the big city's so they sent them down here with the hicks
had a great experince! everyone was very kind and friendly, pretty much got right in and out, other than having to park far way
While I wish there was not a need to take my sweet wife here, the staff has been very helpful and friendly to us both
We were only there to have tubes put in my daughters ears. Only hold up was getting checked into the hospital, but it wasn't our lady helping us that mornings fault she was frustrated that someone who prerrgistered us had put my daughters information in wrong. Surgical staff (help desk, nursing staff, and anesthesiologist) and Dr. Brinkman is a great doctor. No complaints on our end. Keep up the good work

Gave a 3 for peds dept only. Great nursing care and very attentive. Leaving peds out, I wouldn't even rate it. The air conditioner and elevators were broken, the ER physician was rude, patients can't choose their own menus...and for a 3yo this is crucial, the cafeteria food is inedible. Our room was small and very hot. Not even an extra chair to sit in. Such a shame that this deterioration has gone on, but the new landscaping outside sure is pretty �
