I went to get an mri. My technician was super nice, comforting, and helpful. ..I had a great experience!
4 1/2 hour wait time to get in the er and another 3 before you see even the nurse not a good way to get people to come to your hospital. I will go somewhere else the future for medical treatment.
I came to hospital this evening at 7:10pm for a raging infection in the back of my head. It is now 9:19pm and I'm still sitting in the ER waiting room, while @least 3 junkies have gone ahead of me. Had i not been here so long, i would go elsewhere. It is just pathetic that there are sick kids, and ppl that really need to see a physician, but yet a junkie goes before them. I'm not one to review many establishments, but tonight I stepped on a sickle and it went through my entire foot. The group in the ER was absolutely fantastic! The triage nurse and front desk security made sure I felt welcomed and got me back to a room within seconds. My RN, Holly N was absolutely the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wouldn't pick antother hospital. There very kind and on there job with hospitality. If I had to do it again. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Matter of fact. I set all my appointments there. I love the way they pray every morning at 8 o'clock. God bless the workers there.
The service for some day's depending on the nurses and staff I would gladly give a 5 star rating and if there was more stars most definitely but on the other days I would give a 2 maybe a 3 and that's pushing it but the Dr are very good at what they do thank you.
