My mother is in the hospital for knee replacement, she is in the fourth floor. When we got to her room yesterday it was freezing, we tried to turn the heat on to warm it up before she got there and the heat wouldn't work. A lady came in and tried to get it working but it still didn't. A maintenance man came in a few hours later and had to work on it in the middle of family being there. He finally got it working but it was a bit awkward. Also my mothers bed does not work properly. The buttons for the tv and lights do not work... read more
The nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful on the 2nd floor for the endoscopy was very nice and the area was clean. Nice hospital if anyone needs anything done.
Staff so caring. Nurses are great. Always in and out of the room caring for their patients
