I donate approximately every 3-4 weeks and the staff at NLR have been fantastic. Even though I’m there frequently they still follow protocol each time. If I wasn’t watching Donna insert the needle into my vein I wouldn’t know it was actually in. I have watched the team take care of a donor, who was having issues, with professionalism and grace.
The workers there are skilled and professional, but friendly. They make me feel at home and like an asset to the human race for rolling up my sleeve. Kudos to them all.
