Poor service underpaid workers bathroom doesn’t work can’t even wash my hands after I use it . Talks bad about All customers in French . Makes braids different sizes
Horrible experience
They take forever on your hair, came in the morning left extremely late. They need to make a policy where first come first serve because they will stop and go to the next customer after you was there all morning waiting. Very unprofessional. They make you pay upfront so you won’t leave out for how long they’ll take. just never again especially when I had my hair done in 6 hours or less somewhere else.
It was awful. One girl started on my hair another customer came in and requested the girl doing my hair. My braided stopped braiding my hair to start on the one who came in after me and requested her. A new braided came in and started doing the back of my hair. I was supposed to be getting small knotless for$200 but the new braided was putting medium in the back. She was told several times by the owner that they should be small.
