Love the Doctor; understood the prognosis and following through. Could not get my prescription correct because PUBLIX needed dosage prescribed. Went once, same day, could not get, left message for Jorge Castro (definitely his VM) following morning between 8 to 9 AM, tried to pick up script, still no-go. Tried calling office to resolve, hold time over 30 minutes, still no-go. Ended up with call back that ended with resolve. This was a cream to address pain. My wife went to this practice. We did not see ms. Oullette. The doctor on site was very good and prescribe a test to come back as soon as test was done. Here starts the misery, the test was delayed for lack of appointments (it’s not Oullette responsibility). As soon as we have the results, my wife wait to the next week to call and get another appointment. And the starts one of the hard times we’ve never have for a long time: Baptist Health Otrhopedic never answer, usually the voice mail if full and cannot leave messages. Yes... read more
Dr. Ouellette is a phenomenal orthopedic surgeon. She takes ample time without rush to explain your condition or procedure. Even though it does take time to be seen by her, it is for sure worth the wait.
2 hours wait time. zero resolution. some nonsense about using organic soap. and a big bill as their coordination with insurance is bad.
STAY AWAY! This doctor does not respect your time. Last week I waited 3 hours to be seen. All of her patients in the waiting room told me this was a normal wait time for her. The only type of doctor that books this many patients in a day and expects you to ruin your entire day to wait for her, is the type of doctor that is only in this for the money.
