I came in to get 2 piercings done. And the staff was very professional, and pleasant. I will definitely be back .
About three months ago, I came in with my friend to get my fourth hole pierced in my ears. I was told I was getting titanium earrings put in and I specifically asked if they were nickel free since I am allergic to nickel. Well... come to find out they were not nickel free and that was the reason my ears have been hurting this long. I even called up there to double check and they said exactly what they said before. I'm extremely disappointed in the dishonesty in this company as I will never go there again.

I got there @ 9 didn't get out til after 10 because it was so many ppl getting piercings and only one person doing it. But the girl at the counter was super sweet. She explain what I was getting myself into. When it was time for my piercing the chick doing was cool AF. I surly will return for my next one!
Took my 5yr today to get her ears pierced, Mrs. Trina and Mrs. Kara and the rest of the staff was amazing! So patient, kind and loving to my sweet girl. Can't say enough about how wonderful they were to us. My daughter loves her new pierced ears! -Minnie approved �
