My friend and I went and although we were both so nervous the staff was super amazing and very patient. I'll definitely be back and make sure everyone knows they're the absolute best!

I had a great experience at Ouch today! They took me as a walk-in and I was there less than 20 mins to get my nose pierced. I was SUPER nervous and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything that was happening. My piercer was very gentle and concise! I'll definitely be returning for all my piercing needs! Thanks, guys!
I got two piercings done yesterday by Kara, and she was PHENOMNAL. She was so professional and when I started to feel sick after my piercings she took great care of me. She is awesome! Definitely coming back for more!!
