I do NOT recommend Sarah DeBoer as a counselor. She was in a terrible mood and had asked me to leave and said I needed to see a child counselor instead of an adult one! I am 18 years old. I am an adult and will be treated like one! She either needs to quit her job there or be fired.
My first appointment was two weeks ago and everyone i came in contact with was respectful and very nice to me. I was very surprised that they made me feel as comfortable as they did.
They actually care about their clients and do whatever it takes to help them
Therapist was unprofessional and aggressive. Received 2 separate diagnoses within 5 minutes of seeing both initial walk-in clinic and follow up appointment, based on no assessments whatsoever, not even a survey of questions. These people really don't have a clue what they are doing. Wasted my time and money. The waiting area is a horrible experience as well that mimics the feel of a public health department waiting room, no privacy, packed, sketchy clients. Will not go back.
not hire people who pray on people with issue and use them for there own gain ,with no thought for there faimly. Opportunist
If you are willing to accept the help then you will most certainly receive it! :)
