DO NOT USE OU FAMILY! When your kids turn 12 you as a parent will not be allowed access to their medical files or online portal!!!!! They are taking away your rights as their parents to be involved in the medical care. Be very very careful stepping foot in this place. We have been patients her for over 10 years and will now be finding other medical care.

Dr. Whitt is fantastic! Ive been seen by a couple Dr.'s there and she is by far the one who truly listens to your concerns and takes the necessary steps to help! She has great "bed side" manner and always comes off personable and friendly! However I'd like to add ALL of the Dr.'s & staff I've been seen by at OU Family Med. have ALL been very kind! Steve (a nurse we frequently see) is always a friendly smiling face also! We always get a laugh from him! Overall a great place and Yes I'd recommend it!

After today I will not go to OU family medicine clinic again. I was at the clinic when doctor Cerqueria and the student doctor just left me in the room and did not even show me the consideration of letting me know that something came up they just left in the middle of my doctor's appointment I took time out of my work day to come to the doctor losing money because I was told I have to come to the doctor before they will give me my medicine I find it absolutely rude and disrespectful and inconsiderate and very unprofessional ... read more
I have been with this clinic since age 16 When you were at the other location(actually the old location is close to where we live now.) I used to have a different doc every time. My mom raised hell until I got the head of the family medicene department Dr. James Millar(and he's the best!)
My family has been seeing Dr Rae for years he us a great Dr who actually listens to his patients.
