The hours of being open at 7:40 is lies, I called and it says we are closed and I called at 7:51 and it was closed still.
I would give this place zero stars but even that would be generous. I am so tired of my medical issues just being swept under the rug, my appointments being pushed back for reasons beyond my control. And messages going on answered when I have a new medical issue happening. I'm definitely going to be looking for a new provider soon because OU is definitely the worst at helping their patients.
Doctors are often unavailable to reach getting a refill on my antibiotic seems impossible. The helpline is a joke.
I visit this clinic for my primary care needs. Everyone is nice and the clinic operates smoothly. The doctors I've seen have consistently been kind, patient, and thoughtful. Only downside is that the online messaging system seems glitchy (I thought I sent a message, but it wasn't received). Overall, would definitely recommend this clinic!
I have been to internal medicine twice a year apart. Neither time did they get my issues resolved.
