This place has continued to go downhill and do less and less of their job as the time passes. I have been with this clinic for the better part of 8 years. In that time frame they have gone thru over 10 doctors. They can’t keep staff. The nurses complain more than they help. So when I had to call and ask about a simple prescription refill over half a dozen times because they just do t take care of it. It gets a little bit frustrating and annoying. I have trusted OU Health with my health care for many years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and any illness I have experienced has been treated promptly and well. I recommend the offices at 41st & Yale and on South Memorial as I have used both locations.

I've been going to Dr. Chong for a few years now and I won't go anywhere else. His office is fast and efficient. I love how they respond to messages to MyChart and most of the time I don't have to wait long. When I have had to wait long for an appointment it's due to staffing which no one can control. As long as I'm in Tulsa, I won't go anywhere else. I've had trouble with VA, but Dr. Chong gets the job done and quick.

Warning about this clinic they are very hard to deal with they are very uncooperative they're office staff is horrible hard to get your prescriptions refilled I have been with OU physicians and owe you medical departments since I graduated from OU and I am permanently stopping using them I cannot believe the service and how we were taking care of it this clinic absolutely unprofessional you're doing a terrible job owe you I'm ashamed to be an alumni! I have been with OU health for a long time. I have gotten my birth control put in there but since the last time I’ve had it put in trying to get it taken out I had to go to a different OU at the Schusterman center to try to get it taken out, but because of the last person who put my Nexplanon in my arm, I now have to get it surgically removed because they put it too deep inside my arm And have to wait to get it.
